Circular Economy Switzerland promotes the circular economy in Switzerland. Our goal is to foster networking and engagement among our members, strengthen collaborations, and intensify the exchange of knowledge. This is intended to enable a more resilient Swiss economy within planetary boundaries.

CleantechAlps was created on the initiative of the seven cantons of Western Switzerland, its objective is to boost the competitiveness and reputation of the region’s businesses. Backed by Switzerland’s State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), CleantechAlps strives to achieve three main missions, connecting different neworking activities to accelerate the Integration of businesses into the cleantech ecosystem, and promoting Innovation.

GreenBuzz is a non-profit (NPO) whose focus is on fostering collaborations, encouraging knowledge transfer across the business, science, public office and industry communities. Its vision is that organisations will have transitioned to sustainable business with its support. GreenBuzz wants to make sustainability the new normal in business through supporting individual professionals and companies in pushing the required transition.

Next-generations.ch is an active Swiss network project platform (non-profit) that develops and implements “grandchildren-friendly” business models, products and events together. The motto of the NG network: “Just do it together”.

Circular is a public-private partnership between the Canton of Basel-Stadt and the Eckenstein-Geigy Foundation. Over the coming years, BaselCircular will work with and for the Basel economy to build a networked innovation ecosystem with a national reach. An ecosystem in which established companies implement innovation projects in the field of the circular economy, start-ups receive tailored support services to scale their business models, and universities and research institutes are involved as know-how and solution partners.

With Innovation Zurich, the three partners - the cantonal Office for Economy, Greater Zurich Area and Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich - aim to promote networking, offer guidance and provide an overview of news and events relating to innovation in the Canton of Zurich. They work in close collaboration with a range of partners in the respective ecosystems, serving in a neutral capacity and without any commercial intent. This is how they strive to contribute to the innovation ecosystem in Zurich as a business location, and to initiate future projects in seminal technologies and key industries.

Limmatstadt AG is the regional, cross-cantonal location promoter of the Limmat Valley. It already counts over 250 shareholders, members, partners, cities and municipalities.

The Zurich Chamber of Commerce represents the interests of its approximately 1,100 members from all sectors in the cantons of Zurich, Schaffhausen and Zug. Liberal and market-oriented framework conditions for the economy are the goal of the ZHK. It builds bridges between business, politics and society and works at all levels to maintain and increase the attractiveness of the region as a business location.

Technopark Zurich creates a stimulating Environment for companies and start-ups and promotes innovation in the market. Today, around 260 high- and deeptech companies, service providers, research institutions and universities with around 2,800 employees work at Technopark Zurich. Technopark Zurich is also a modern event location. Its facilities offer space for every need, from 10 to 500 people. Technopark Zurich’s transfer area comprises more than 500 m2 of activity and exhibition space – perfect for trade fairs, shows and major events.

Over the past two decades, a nationally and internationally important science park for companies and institutions from the life sciences sector has been created in close proximity to the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, the University of Zurich and the University Hospital Zurich. On the former site of the Schweizerische Wagons- und Aufzügefabrik AG and neighboring areas, 90,000 square meters of laboratory, production and office space are now rented to over 50 companies and 30 university institutions.
